This easy-to-use tool is complementary to the Leader Values and Behaviours 360 Assessment and provides a way to measure the behaviours (what is observable) of employees. Two assessments are provided for different work environments: Commercial and General. Employees can be assessed by a variety of people (manager, colleagues, juniors, customers, suppliers, etc.) to get an accurate perception of performance against business related and relevant behavioural criteria. 360 degree Feedback is acknowledged as the most valid and reliable form of feedback.

The Employee Values and Behaviours Checklists are useful to induct newly appointed employees into the company's values and the corresponding behaviours that are expected of them. Values included in the assessments are: Business Acumen, Technical Knowledge, Client Orientation, Accountability, Self-Management, Teamwork, etc.

The Checklist includes twenty descriptive behaviours that are rated on a five-point scale, the maximum possible score being 100 %. All scores are therefore expressed as relative percentages, making comparisons easy.

Behaviours are simply but clearly stated, e.g. Takes personal responsibility for all actions; Benefits from constructive criticism without being defensive; Works enthusiastically with colleagues and others to resolve issues; Keeps up-to-date with technical knowledge & trends and applies knowledge to one's position.
